WTB Wheels and tires for 97 Accord

Hello everyone. I have a 97 Honda Accord and I would like to add a set of wheels and tires to it. I have the nasty factory wheels and Im thinking of upgrading. Let me know what you have. I dont want to invest a lot of money into my car so the need to be relatively cheap.
