i play gt3 and gt4 with the game music off but the effect all the way up

i race better if i can hear the other cars and hear my own engine

whenever you go past bleachers or big crowd you hear a very obvious:
"wheeeeeeeeeeaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrrr"

kinda sounds like the ecto-1 from ghost busters but its constant

its annoying as shit and i think its a bug.
