ok... I park my car and go up to my friends dorm room to watch some TV and eat some dinner before our business meeting, so we're up there for about 20 minutes and we walk down to my car and i disable my alarm, getin in the car, start it. But when i started it I felt a huge vibration in the car and i can hear my exhaust pop and sound like backfire. Meanwhile my Rpm's are dropping pretty fast and my lights dimming. then the car just dies..... I tried restarting the car about 10-11 times with the same results.... but then i got this idea, so i close the doors and start the car from my remote and it starts, kind of a week start, but the RPM's were steady at the right Idle RPM... and i have not been able to repeat the stalling again? what up with my car? this happened just couple hours ago. (btw my car was fully warmed up, been driving on the freeway back and forth prior to this incident)

could it be that i have a sticky butterfly valve??? cause when i get into the high revs it seems so be ok... (in neutral and Park)

or could it be my ECM and something with the fuel system regulator??

Could be a few things

It could be a few things. You could of had a weak battery, "dirty gas", etc... Bring it to the dealership and have them hook it up to a computer, and or test drive the car.
well i am 900 miles overdue on my oil change and my oil is a little low... but that doesn't count for the fact that my engine can't breathe... does it? do you think an oil change would fix it?
i dont think the oil has anything to do with it.
you might want to bring it to honda and have it checked out.
what kind of alarm you got>?
