u have to have a hard drive and be connected to xbox live and it will dload the patches when you put the disc in.

Go to that link, download the backward compatibility patch either via xbox live or burn the file you file you download from that link into a CD and run it from that.

You can see that there are heaps of xbox games which the x360 can run. Aside from playing Oblivion (oh so obvious) and PGR 3, I'm replaying NBA Live 04 and Forza Motorsport on my x360, to wait untill the next holiday season starts.
