You sure it doesn't? Maybe it's burried behind the seat, or under the seat...it's gotta be there...

Yea middle seat in back have seatbelt there. Like jaysi said it probably buried under seat.

If it's not there. You probably have to take your car to dealership to install new one or so. Every civic has them. Even my civic sedan has one.

yep my 97 vti-r hatch doesnt have a middle back seatbelt either...i thought this was normal...im in australia though

odd... my 99dx coupe had them and my 00 ex coupe has them as well
