Hey guys i ordered a zc ecu off the internet and when i installed it i was getting a code 19 which has something to do with an automatic shut off valve or something! Now the ecu is in a standard so i need to figure out how to get rid of it?

Does anyone know what to do?

yeah but all i need to do is take out a resistor or something!!

Probably could, but it is probably easier to try to get another ECU.

well on my ecu(manual) it has the socket where u can just change the ROM, well cant u just plug a mugen program in it and woudnt it work like a manual?

good luck with that last suggestion...

try to find a local junkyard and get yourself the '88-89 teg 5 spd ECU for like $50. trust me, it is not much different from the JDM ZC one. i've had both and have used them interchangably.
