Well, first off your question was a little vague, you always need to specify what year your car is...especially when it comes to tranny questions.

To my firm understanding, the ZC tranny will work with the 89-91 clutch/flywheel.

As far as axles, I understand that you need the 90-93 RS/GS Integra (not GSR) axles because the ZC tranny calls for equal length half shafts.

What motor do you intend to put your ZC up to?

so you need different axles when using a zc tranny? my fren is gonna do this swap within the next couple months and im gonna be helping him out.
i think u must use a 88 clutch disc also on the zc tranny cuz its 21 spline!
Snip:
However, the ZC transmission requires you to use ZC or 90-91 Integra axles, and a ZC or 86-89 Integra intermediate shaft. Because these axles are equal length, many users report a reduction in torque steer.

Or check this out that you can do with your Si tranny with a ZC final drive...

i am using a clutch/flywheel combe out of a 92-95 civic from ACT it is the HDSS and it rocks....a little on/off but not to harsh engagement.....and there is less torque steer........
With a ZC tranny?
The only way to use the intermediate shaft is if your using the ZC motor also.
No. The flywheel bolts onto the engine. The transmission "plugs " into the clutch via a spline. The Zc tranny would work on a Si motor if you match the clutches splines to the trannies, and the flywheel bolts to the engine.

my bad

i have an 88,89,95 flywheel all from si's.i want lsd but i cant go through all this trouble, and im building a sohc vtec motor,jrsc8-10psi,built block, p&p head.
I know the tranny works, but the intermediate shaft still wont (because there is no place to bolt it up to the motor) As for the flywheel any of them will work because they are the same.
