ZC Tranny Question...

It's just about time to get a new tranny for my ZC. I'm currently running a '90 crx si tranny. Which would be better to use...another 90 crx si tranny or the ZC tranny? I can get a ZC tranny for about $150. How much are the 90 si trannys?

Well..supposedly the ultimate setup is the Si final drive with the ZC gears, in the Si tranny. I read yesterday on the hasport page that none of the axles availabel here in the US will fit the ZC...not even the 90-93 integra axles, but I find that hard to believe. If you can get a ZC with LSD, definently go that route...you won't regret it, just try and get the J-spec axles with the tranny.

Also how much you asking for the ECU's, and why you selling them?

the ZC is great for sped, except the final drive makes highway driving a pain-tacks way too high. So the ZC with Si final drive works great!
sczc did you ever have any probs with the axles not fitting right????i had this bitch in for 2500 miles before she blew, but no i am leaking oil out of the tranny where the axle goes in, and i just put a new seal in and the SOB is still seaping out.....if i look down through the engine bay i can see about 1/16 in gap between the inner cv joint housing and the tranny......i guess that would be enough to let oil ou, but i can't figure out why it is happening now, and wasn't before?????

any helpful insight????
