I am sure the knowledgable folks can spit out the technical shit, but, here are the basics. Correct me if I am wrong, hehe.

ZC : Dual overhead cam, non-vtec, 135HP (better IMO)
D16Z6 : Single overhead cam, vtec, 127HP
