okay, Nitrous express makes a wet kit for Hondas that jets at 35, 50, and 75. I really like the idea of being able to start playing around w/ the 35 shot because I have never used nitrous before. I few things I will tell you is that I have been researching nitrous for a year now and am fully capable of installing any nitrous kit myself. Here are my issues:

A wet kit (NX) is nice because it injects the fuel itself and doesn't rely on the factory injectors to do this but people say don't run wet kits on an EFI Honda because of possible distribution problems

A dry kit (Zex) shouldn't have distribution problems UNLESS one of the factory injectors fails which kinda scares me.

These are the two kits that I am looking at and would like to know some opinions on them. Does anyone have a Nitrous Express Kit on their honda here? Seems like everyone has Zex or NOS. Just let me know how you like it because so far I am steering toward the NX kit. Peace

I'm in the middle of installing my NX kit. I decided it was the best kit to go with for me. I'm close to finishing the install so I'll let you know when I'm done. But from what I've heard from other ppl it's a really great kit and puts serious power to the ground. Pickup the new issue of Honda Tuning, they did an install on an 01 Civic EX and got 60 hp at the wheels with the 50 shot jets. Impressive indeed.

I've got that issue too. Not only did the 50 shot gain it 60 HP, the car gained over 100 Ft. lbs of Torque! That's sweet! Let me know how it goes when you get it on. Flawless, what kind of car do you have? I've got a 97 Civic EX. Peace

people in my club use the NX, one has an F20A Accord with the kit and it flies, another with a B20 Prelude has it and made a huge improvement and two Civics (one was stolen) has it and the other has it and the Ntercooler kit. I also am ordering the same two bottle setup. Oh and they are all running 35 shots. No problems yet, weve had em since Sept

Howcome 35 shot and not 50 shot? I want to run 35 to start out and then switch to 50 after I get it tuned on the dyno. Any reason your boys are keeping 35?

Reason is cause we are all new to it and it seems to do wonders with only 35 shot, but I will probably only run 35 cause I got a turbo already, but everyone else will try the 50 soon

Oh man I'm so excited. I wish the damn weather would warm up here so I could finish wrenching on it. Maybe I'll run the 35 till I get sick of it then hit 50. (The upgrade my fuel pump and go to 75, then 100, then swap my engine cuz I'll prolly need to!!!)
Can't wait to start spraying!!!

Where is the best place to buy an NX kit? Can you run a 35 shot on a ZEX kit? I want to run nitrous, but I odnt want to run a 50 shot(at first anyway) or anything higher than that. I want to run nitrous but keep my car as my daily driver, lol. My freind used to run ZEX 50 shot on his SI motor, and he said it ran strong for a long time till he blew it with a 75, lol.

if i were you i would not run a wet nos system on a efi hond because of distrubution problems and in some cases if you have a lightweight performance flywheel it could warp and fuck a lot of shit up

??

Can you please explain why it would have an effect on warping stuff if you have a L.W. flywheel? Also on the wet NX, the fuel and nitrous are sprayed from the same nozzle, so if it causes distribution problems, wouldnt it happen anyway even if there was no fuel being sprayed with it? They both use nozzles. All of a sudden NOS will be distributed evenly from a nozzle that doesn't flow fuel?.., that doesnt make sense. The only disadvantage I can see is that not all cylinders are getting the same amount of the spray, therefore, they arent making the same power. I would assume that a wet system would be safer because there is fuel backing up the shot as where a dry shot is solely relying on the factory fuel setup. I've heard that wet systems were bad because fuel would puddle up, but I disagree, if the nozzle is well designed to atomize the fuel, there should be no problem.
