My B16a1 into an 88 civic dx is almost complete,except i got no fire.The engine will urn over all day but it just wont crank.I've been told its the distributer,the plugs,plug wires,and the ecu, but i need some pro help anyone got any ideas?

unless we can look at the engine, otherwise, all of the things you listed can cause the crank not turning over...
there can be multiple solutions...a overlooked unplugged harness adapter(could be anywhere), electrical components should be checked first. Mishandle of the electrical components can cause you to have no power. Faulty ignitor....
Just double-check everything first. Start at the easiest places than move up to the more challenging areas.
-check battery
-connections from battery to electrical components
-starter
-spark plugs
-etc etc etc

If all else fails, try using another B16 ECU. I had the exact same problem. It's an easy thing to do. We thought it was a bad ground, but it was a bad ECU all along. Check it and make sure.
