so i changed out my seatbelts off my stock seats and put them on my EP3 seats. well the EP3 seats I got didnt have the stock EP3 seatbelt so the airbag sensors were removed. Well when i went to take the seatbelt off my OEM seats i noticed it was attached to a Black cylinder.... and it said that this item contains explosive material.... do not tamper with. So i just cut the airbag wires hoping i wouldnt lose a hand.

How do i remove that explosive thingy and live to see another day??

i'm having a hard time following you on this one, but the "explosive thingy" is most likely the compressed gas for the side airbags.
