I got a problem with my alarm that i hooked up. The ABS and open door light stays on once the remote start has started the car. Then it goes away once the key is put in the ignition. Is that normal? Also how do I adjust the time on the turbo short run timer?

That's not normal at all, something is wired incorrectly, where was it installed? Also the turbo timer can be adjusted with the valet switch. You can have either a 1 minute turbo time (default), 3 min, 5 min, or 10 minute. In order to change it make sure you can reach the valet switch.
So once you have that switch in hand and your remote, open the door, turn the key to "Run" (without starting) then press and hold the valet switch. It should chirp once, but keep holding it until it chirps 3 times. Now to get to the turbo time setting, you must press the switch 7 times then press once more and hold it. It should chirp the siren 7 times - Do Not Let go of the valet switch yet. To select the 1 minute turbo time, just hit the Lock/Arm button on the remote. To switch between 3, 5, and 10 min, use the unlock/disarm button to toggle through them. 3 mins is 2 chirps, 5 mins is 3 chirps.. etc... When you have what you want, you can let go of the valet switch and close the door. All done :D

If at any point you screw up, ie; it doesn't chirp 7 times, just shut the door, or turn on the key then off to get out of the programming mode, then try again.

Now that I think about it without being half asleep while replying, if your car is doing that stuff when the car is remote started, I'd personally be afraid to start my car with it. That is stuff that you cannot even normally cause when installing one of those. Sounds like they tapped into the wrong brake wire, and they have the wrong polarity on the door trigger, which would mean your door will likely have to be shut to do the programming. That's assuming that it's just the polarity, and not some other mumbo jumbo mess.
