I was wondering which of these would win. Looking at the stats the RSX-S has about 30lbs less torque then the GTI does, but the RSX-S is also like 300lbs lighter. Anyone have an idea?
If you want to FEEL something, the VR6 is the shit. I still remember the first time I rode in a VR6 Jetta AUTOMATIC of all things, and was VERY torquey. The Vr6 is heavier and causes the car to understeer a bit more than the 1.8T (sounds like a SOHC Civic engine, but it's got potential).
Why is everyone so concerned about being faster than another car? Enjoy your car for what it's worth, you are never going to be the fastest one out there, esp. when we're talking about 14-15 second cars.
